THIS EVENT IS RUN UNDER THE ACU BASIC INSURANCE SCHEME, THERE IS NO PERSONAL ACCIDENT COVER I/we understand and accept that as the Supplementary Regulations state the Insurance cover for this event is “Basic” there is no Personal Accident cover for Competitors and Liability cover in respect of any claim made by third parties is limited to £10 million and £5 million for Medical Mal-practice.
Announcement: DIRTBIKE-ACTION a Recognised ACU Promoter will organise the above event. Under the ACU National Sporting Code, the ACU standing regulations for Enduro, British Enduro Championship Regulations, these Supplementary Regulations and any Final Instructions that may be issued.

Eligibility: Open to any rider who is in possession of an appropriate ACU or SACU licence minimum age 14 years
Any rider who does not hold a current ACU licence will be charged for one on entry £20.00 fee is payable this must be done on line in advance of the event .

REFUNDS
ENTRY FEES less administration fee £20 will only be refunded in the event of cancellation of the event or on receipt of a doctors certificate up to 10 march
FINAL INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE POSTED on the dirtbike action facebook page
Course: woodland , keeper tracks , and trails
SPECIAL TEST will be located near the start full detail will be in the final instructions
CLASSES championship expert clubman 040 sportsman 050 060 youth 14 and over CLASSIC Expert Clubman ce1 ce2 ce3 riders in the classic championship must use fim tyres and conform to classic championship regs
TIMING is by transponder a £20 deposit is required , the rider is responsible for loss or damage to the transponder, including the safe return if the transponder is not returned at the end of the event these will be issued at sign on and the rider is responsibility to fit the transponder
Live timing will be available for crews to view on the phones, devices , a link will be on the dirtbike action face book page each morning , by using the link you can follow your individual rider as well as the overall results

Signing on: from 7am Sunday
Machine Examination:
All machines must comply with current ACU Enduro Regulations as per the current A.C.U. handbook
Competition number plates, numbers on 3 sides of the machine and any sponsor’s logos that may be used this will be announced in final instructions
Noise Machines will be randomly tested as per ACU Control of Exhaust Noise Regulations Any machines appearing to have modified or aftermarket silencers will be automatically tested.
Route Markers: orange arrows and taped areas. Marshals’ instructions must be complied with including stopping if requested. Failure to do so will result in immediate disqualification.
Re-fueling: is a blue taped area and this means walking pace failure to comply will result in disqualification, refueling must only take place in the designated area. All crews must provide a suitable Fire Extinguisher. No smoking in the re-fueling area
Footpath crossing riders must give way at footpath and minor road crossing these will be well marked and marshalled
Important: the landowners will be attending the meeting, so it is imperative that all riders and attendants follow the A.C.U. code of conduct.
Naturally, course cutting, abuse of officials, foul language, etc. will result in immediate exclusion.
